Our two-storey facade at Nobby Beach balances modern design with respect for local architecture, using timber-look aluminium and white brick to honour the coastal vernacular. Adaptable shopfronts and a southern-facing laneway maximise natural light and ventilation, while integrated planter boxes and cascading greenery create a lush, inviting buffer.
This thoughtful design enhances the area's timeless, streamlined identity and extends to The Oxley 1823 Atrium, a vibrant central hub that seamlessly connects a curated selection of high-end restaurants, boutique retail, and The Oxley Village Market. With cascading landscaping, a mix of trees, and lower-level plantings, this harmonious blend of architecture and nature fosters a sense of community, providing the perfect setting for people to sit, relax, and enjoy their surroundings.
